I potentiate the psychological associations of objects and actions by triggering priming text to be consciously or subconsciously activated and absorbed when performing a metaphorically associated gesture or activity. The metaphorically associated gesture or activity lends more plausibility to my self-programming scenarios so my subconscious is more likely to accept the intended outcome of the performance. This potentiates the power and use of placebo pills, dietary supplements, analog priming, remembering dreams, and hand sanitizing by your mind and body.
Just as placebo researcher Dan Moerman talks to his pills to boost their effectiveness, my potentiating performances offer possible rituals around supplement-taking and object charging that “attach more significance to a treatment—active or placebo—[that] may boost any beneficial effects that we feel.”*

Filling empty pill capsules with bread that has been banged on when typing intentions on an onscreen keyboard while taking in specific priming scripts. This bread was pre charged with Willpower Boosting related hypnotic scripts, then put in the capsules, then loaded into the succussion spinner to be shaken up when typing out the label "Willpower Pill" with my feet.
Charging my Willpower Placebo Bread pills by using foot pedals to type out the label for the pill bottle, while those same footpedals trigger the succussion spinner to shake the pills, while I am looking at hypnotic priming scripts "How to Boost Willpower", "Good Posture Tips", and "Willpower Booster." Footpedals advance priming script of lowest screen and control the mouse movement and key selection typing the pill label in the dymo program. Using handgrips, a classic willpower exercise, to trigger the advance of priming text in left screen with left hand and right screen with right hand.
Boosting the impact of Fish Oil supplement pills by watching Moby Dick (1956) while exposing myself to 3 priming screens showing Attractiveness Booster, Strong Lean Body, & Omega-3 Benefits scripts & triggering the advance of those screens:
Left Screen - controlled by midi guitar playing theme from Jaws (1975)
Bottom Middle Screen - controlled by foot pedals (also spin fishing game)
Right Screen - controlled by the fishing movement of my right hand catching the fish with pills in their mouths
Being suggestible or susceptible to hypnosis is also associated with being weak minded and unintelligent. Likewise, people who believe in homeopathic remedies are seen as followers of the unscientific. The kitchen pantry supplement charging performance explores this issue. A foot pedal is connected to computers which send signal that plays pre-recorded voice, one syllable per foot tap, to bone conductors (vibrating audio transducers) connected to the top of the supplement containers with yellow prescription labels. Each audio track is specified for that specific supplement and boosting its unique benefits - Whey, Creatine, Casein, Vitamins.
Take a scoop of a pre-talked supplement and load it in a shaker bottle. Shake and mix the supplement with your strong hand while tapping the telegraph keys on the pantry door with your free hand to advance priming slides on both screens that review the benefits of the supplement you are taking, enhancing their subconscious impact.
Measuring to find the exact level of the gutter in my basement apartment so I can be "in" it while looking up at the stars in the night sky. The top shelf is to rest my chin on at exactly the level of the gutter and has a hole drilled in it so an extra-long novelty straw can fit through. The bottom shelf is to sit the shake bottle on so I can rest my arms at my sides in a more natural and relaxed position. The video also shows me recreating the gutter height shelf for the window area in my One Man Trance installation.
Dymo labels are typed with keywords from my work and interests. Handling the cards while I am typing with my feet helps them carry more significance in my subconscious.
Cards labelled with keywords about my work typed with my feet and printed on a Dymo-450 Labelwriter are loaded into an analog card shuffler. The cards can only be viewed briefly through the clear plastic case, resulting in priming.
At the Bathroom Vanity Self-Hypnosis Station from One Man Trance using hand sanitizer while knee taps trigger audio of pre-recorded voice, one syllable per tap, of an immunity boosting hypnotic script. Knee taps also trigger the playback of handwritten notes in the smart mirror captured from a whiteboard brainstorm session earlier in the day.
A document camera transmits my dream journal to the smart mirror at the head of the bed. I type the dream in bed with my feet using the telegraph keys (many typos) to control mouse movement and selection on an onscreen keyboard. Each tap of a telegraph key advances the text on the 3 priming screens in the corner that are reflected backward in the smart mirror. My hands are free to play guitar melody of “All I Have To Do Is Dream.” When I look in the smart mirror, I see the dream journal and backwards text of the 3 screens (priming) playing back single word text of a dream recall hypnosis script, my previously digitized dream journal dreams, and a lucid dreaming hypnosis script. The main screen plays live broadcast TV.
After transcribing as much of the dream as I can with my feet, I later correct the typos and finish digitizing the dream at my one man band station, now triggering the 3 screens with midi guitar, foot pedals, and computer keyboard typing. Another mirror there allows me to still see the backwards text of the priming screens when I am looking at the laptop typing/editing the dream. Midi guitar notes advance the text of the leftmost priming screen, drum pedals advance the text on the bottom center priming screen, and typing advances the text on the rightmost priming screen. Dream was from Saturday February 20th, 2021 and involved me and George Harrison investigating a plane crash. Video was recorded on February 25, George’s birthday, to honor him.
